# Get queue backlog

> Installation-wide document backlog for live and bulk workers. Requires the operator grant queues:read and all-Corpora scope. Stable numeric queues.live.waiting and queues.bulk.waiting paths support external autoscalers. Counts come from PostgreSQL, including undispatched work, and exclude terminal work. Bearer authentication uses the configured API key.
